Creating Passionate Users: Subvert from Within: a user-focused employee guide

03 Oct

Creating Passionate Users: Subvert from Within: a user-focused employee guide – I was just reading this article and I must say that there are a lot of things here that really “spark” my interest. Some of them are:

  • Capture user stories.
  • Get your hands on a video camera, and record some users.
  • Print out little signs that say things like, “How does this help the user kick ass?” and leave them lying on the copier, or the fax machine, or taped on a bulletin board and your cube/office wall.
  • Challenge user-unfriendly assumptions every day.

and finally

  • Blog about it
