Was reading my feeds (as I often do… actually it’s the main way I get information right now) and ran across this article (Relax like a pro – 5 steps to hacking your sleep), and since from time to time I could use some help I think I’ll see if these can work for me. Although I think I’ll have to say no to the ice water bath without trying it… ha ha ha…

Was reading Serenity Stuff and there’s an article there about a Firefly Novel that is now on-line. I haven’t read it yet, but I will. I can’t even say that I’ve ever read any of Steven Brust‘s books before. But I am going to add him to my list of books/authors to look for.

Lisa and I have been talking and it seems that we might be switching her site over to use PHP. Now, there is some humor here on this topic with regard to the fact that for the longest time she has just wanted straight HTML and I had just finally gotten her to let me CSS the site. She’s not ready to go to something like a “blog software” but it’s a start…

Well, Lisa and I went back to Mimi’s Cafe (we went to the one on 175 and 108), and again we both agree… good food and plenty of it. I feel if you leave that place hungry then you just are wrong in the head. What did I have? Well, it’s unusual for me, but I had the Bleu Cheese & Walnut Salad with the Seasonal Muffin. (BTW, the seasonal muffin right now is Banana Nut with Chocolate Chip. - - - - Ok… I didn’t say that might dinner was low fat, or low carb or anything, it was just good. The only thing I don’t like about it is that I don’t have leftovers… well, I have half of the muffin but I don’t like soggy salad and that’s what I would have if I had kept the salad. Anyway, Lisa and I both recommend the restaurant.

I really like XKCD comics. This comic (thumbnail-link is below) is one of the many that I’ve seen that have given me a good chuckle… I know it’s more of a geek type of thing but there’s some good thought behind these comics….
