Lisa has been using her Food Diary as a way to help her not only track what she’s eating and how much she’s working out but also she using it as a support system.
One of the things that she reads on there is a set of Note to self where people have written up items that they want to pass on about things that they think. Some of them I find useful or at least humorous. So, I’m going to be posting some of them from time to time.
