So… before it started to get war I decided to go ahead and do my walk. I stopped walking back during the hot summer months and I must say I’m glad to be able to start back. Not too many people there this morning.

Ok… found the name of the food I was looking for before. It’s called “Tapsilog” and is Filipino. More can be found at wikipedia. When I search more I’ll put up a recipe on my cooking site.

I can’t believe it’s already September. So much has happened. I just realized that I’m posting almost nothing over here and all of my updates and all are going to my facebook account. Actually I’m looking for a recipe and I came here to see if I had posted the name. That’s when I realized it has been so long since I’ve been here. Just goes to show that time can really get past you…
